Yes, you can participate in categories B and C
No, only players are allowed inside the playing hall.

Entry fee is non-refundable/non-transferable. However, you can withdraw from the tournament at any stage by informing the chief arbiter or the organizer.
Yes, there is a 50% discount on the entry fee as applicable.
